PET RESTRICTIONS

  • TWO (2) PETS: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PETS ALLOWED PER RESIDENCE/UNIT

  • PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET
  • DOGS CANNOT WALK/RUN WITHOUT A LEASH ON COMMON PROPERTY
  • NO PET SHALL BE ALLOWED TO MAKE AN UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF NOISE
  • NO PET SHALL BE ALLOWED TO BECOME A NUISANCE

Dogs at large (walking/running without a leash) are not allowed out of the owner’s premises onto the common area. For example, sidewalks, streets, mailbox areas, community grass areas, driveway concrete apron, etc.

Section 5. Obnoxious or Offensive Activity. . . . all laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction shall be observed . . .

Section 7. Animals. …No pet shall be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise or to become a nuisance…

 Animals at-large prohibited. (a)(1) No domestic animal owner or person having charge, care, custody or control of any domestic animal shall permit, any domestic animal to run at large, upon any public property, or off the premises of the owner…
