- DOGS CANNOT WALK/RUN WITHOUT A LEASH ON COMMON PROPERTY
- NO PET SHALL BE ALLOWED TO MAKE AN UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF NOISE
- NO PET SHALL BE ALLOWED TO BECOME A NUISANCE

Dogs at large (walking/running without a leash) are not allowed out of the owner’s premises onto the common area. For example, sidewalks, streets, mailbox areas, community grass areas, driveway concrete apron, etc.
